1 Introduction & Agreement

All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals associated with those accounts will be voided and forfeited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 6tk10 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

6tk10 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. All accounts are subject to verification at the discretion of 6tk10, typically triggered prior to processing the first withdrawal request or when account activity meets certain risk thresholds. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required period will be restricted from withdrawals until verification is finalised.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 6tk10 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per calendar month to inactive accounts once the inactivity threshold has been reached. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6tk10 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and bank transfer to selected Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others as added from time to time. 6tk10 does not accept deposits via credit or debit cards, cryptocurrency, or any third-party payment processor not listed in the platform's cashier section.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation. Deposits are credited to your 6tk10 account balance in real time upon payment network confirmation, subject to occasional processing delays outside 6tk10's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 6tk10 account holder. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must successfully complete KYC verification. 4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Any deposit must represent funds derived from legitimate, lawful sources. 6tk10 may suspend accounts, freeze balances, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that funds processed through the platform are of illicit origin. Winnings will not be paid out on any account where the source of deposited funds cannot be verified to 6tk10's satisfaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on 6tk10 — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, VIP tier rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh — are subject to specific terms detailed on the individual promotion page. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are valid for a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of issue unless a different validity period is specified.

5.3 VIP Loyalty Programme

Participation in the 6tk10 VIP loyalty programme is subject to the programme's specific terms, which govern tier qualification thresholds, loyalty point accrual rates, point redemption values, tier maintenance requirements, and concierge service availability. 6tk10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the VIP programme at any time, subject to providing reasonable notice to active VIP members where possible.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 6tk10 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market, and event in question, as published in the 6tk10 sportsbook rules documentation. 6tk10 reserves the right to void or settle bets differently from the displayed settlement if an obvious pricing error has occurred, if match-fixing or event manipulation is confirmed, or if the event is abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered from its originally scheduled format.

Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI and Test series involving Bangladesh Tigers — are governed by standard cricket betting rules. In-play bets are accepted until the relevant betting market is closed by 6tk10's trading team, and no bets will be accepted after the relevant event has concluded, regardless of any technical delay in the market closure.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on 6tk10 are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and SA Gaming, among others. • Participating in or facilitating match-fixing, event manipulation, or any form of sports fraud

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 6tk10 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game content (where supplied by 6tk10), data compilations, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of 6tk10 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 6tk10 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, licence, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of 6tk10.

Nothing in these Terms limits 6tk10's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your 6tk10 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any voided bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Account closure does not affect any contractual rights or obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.

12.2 Termination by 6tk10

6tk10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the user has: breached these Terms or any associated policy; engaged in fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited conduct; provided false or misleading information; or where account closure is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation. 13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 6tk10 is incorporated as an offshore entity.
